Bativia, NY

The HP Hood Batavia plant is 458,000 square feet situated on 133.4 acres of land nestled in beautiful Western New York between the Cities of Rochester and Buffalo. Purchased in 2017, the plant was retrofitted to process, package, and ship ESL (extended shelf life) dairy and no-dairy fluid products. The facility supports Hood branded and private label products along with branded products through licensing deals.

Oneida

Oneida, NY

The HP Hood Oneida plant is 240,000 square feet on a 24.2 acres in beautiful Western New York. It was the first to introduce ESL (extended shelf life) capabilities in the U.S., and has added large expansions to include structure, fillers, silos, processors, coolers and property. The facility supports Hood branded and private label products along with branded products through licensing deals.

Sacramento

Sacramento, CA

HP Hood’s Sacramento CA facility is 159,000 square feet situated on 37 acres of land. It manufactures extended-shelf-life (ESL) and using state-of-the-art ultra-high-temperature (UHT) manufacturing with current packaging technologies. Purchased in 2007, the plant transformed from a conventional dairy plant to an extended shelf life (ESL) plant. The facility added aseptic capabilities in 2011, mirroring the aseptic filling capabilities of the HP Hood Winchester, Virginia, facility.

Our state-of-the-art facilities and commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) help us ensure product quality is consistently maintained for the businesses we serveHood’s 465,000 square foot facility in Winchester, VA, opened in the fall of 2000 and manufactures extended-shelf-life (ESL) and aseptic beverages using state-of-the-art ultra-high-temperature (UHT) manufacturing with current and emerging packaging technologies. The facility sits on 78 acres of land and supports Hood branded and private label products along with branded products through licensing deals. The plant is one of the largest UHT facilities in North America.
